Shiatsu Detox Course

Rex says: “I have been working with shiatsu for the last 36 years. During the last 3-5 years, I have observed a level of deep exhaustion among an exceedingly high percentage of my clients. When I question them about their lifestyle, the shadow that has been a constant companion with all of these clients has been, without exception, endless hours spent on the computer and incessant use of their cell phones.

Something that was also typical was a core restlessness and an inability to have deep, restful sleep. They would often describe what they were going through as “being dry and burnt out”. Because of this, I have had to create a new approach to my shiatsu. I call it “SHIATSU DETOX” !
